Common questions
Book online at retroshotstudioz.co.za/book. Pick your package, date, time and location in about two minutes. Prefer to chat? Send us a WhatsApp message or DM on Instagram. We'll confirm availability and send an invoice. Once the 50% deposit is paid, your slot is locked in.
You'll receive 1 to 2 sneak peeks within 24 hours of your shoot. The full edited gallery is delivered within 48 hours via an online gallery link you can download from.
Wear what makes you feel confident. Solid colours photograph well. Avoid large logos or busy patterns. Bring an outfit change if your package allows time for it. We can discuss styling before your session.
Anywhere in Potchefstroom and surrounding areas. We shoot on location at parks, campus, urban spots, or a location of your choice. We can also suggest great spots based on the vibe you want.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before the shoot date to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due immediately after the shoot. Payment is made via EFT to our bank account. We will send you the banking details on your invoice.
We'll reschedule to the next available date at no extra cost. We'll keep an eye on the weather and communicate with you ahead of time.
Yes. Additional edited images are available at R30 each on top of your package. Let us know after you've reviewed your gallery and we'll add them.
Yes. We offer full videography packages starting from R1,800. Cinematic highlight reels, event coverage, and social content, all shot on the same Sony a7S III. Check our videography pricing above.
